This project will include one tiny home – serving as an affordable housing solution for individuals and small families. This Tiny Home will be fully site serviced and operated by one of our Indigenous Housing partners as part of their housing strategy to increase their available housing stock. We’re working hard to complete the unit for delivery in Summer 2023.

This Tiny Home is fully site-serviced and operated by the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nations community as part of their housing strategy to increase their available housing stock. This unit was completed and delivered in early September 2022.
