A Tiny Home On Wheels can be a primary home or a separate structure on a property that already has an existing house. Campers, recreational vehicles, cottages and other structures used on a seasonal basis are not considered tiny homes.

Since tiny homes on wheels are considered recreational vehicles (RVs), they are often subject to fewer zoning and building code regulations compared to permanent structures. This gives you more flexibility in terms of where you can park your home.

Our large facility can build tiny homes large and small. From the trailer frame to the finished home, we do it all.

Shop

With our modern shop we handle everything from the trailer to the finished house all under one roof. A home is only as good as the foundation that it sits on. Our trailers have been custom designed to be the best trailers for tiny homes on the market. They are built to last the life of the home. While most trailers use cheap channel for the main frame, we use high quality steel beams to support your home. We then paint the trailer frame with an industrial epoxy to seal it and make sure it’s protected from the elements.

We use quality materials for everything we do. These are tiny homes not campers. While traditional campers use what we like to call sticks and staples, we use real wood and screws. That just means we build homes the exact same way you would build any other home on a standard foundation. We do this so your home lasts just as long as a standard home. No one wants to have to replace their home after a couple years.

NOAH

National Organization of Alternative Housing (NOAH). It is designed for tiny homes to ensure they meet certain safety and quality standards.

CSA W47.1

Our welding of steel structures complies to CSA W47.1, which ensure both the production and fabrication aspects of welding.

INTERTEK

We obtain Intertek Certification for Roof Loading, Floor Loading, Wind Load, Whole Unit Loading and Fire Proof.

UL of Canada

Our Electric Components adherence to UL of Canada and Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) requirements.
